Whether you’re buying or selling a property, growing your business or planning for the future we’ll be with you every step of the way.
As a result of the outbreak our office is now closed. We are working remotely to try and continue service as best as we can, in line with the Government guidelines to protect our staff and clients.
With effect from 24 March, 2020 the Land Register of Scotland is closed to all new applications which means that no purchase or sales of property will be able to take place until this is resolved. The situation is being worked on, but there are no timescales in place at present. We will continue to monitor the situation. If you have any conveyancing enquiries, please be in touch. Paperwork can still be progressed in the interim.
We will continue to provide all other services as usual. Any appointments will be accommodated by telephone or video conference in the first instance unless urgent.
Please contact us to arrange.
Our main telephone number is still in force so please call us on 0141 339 3036 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org in the first instance for any assistance.
Stay safe everyone.

There’s a lot to be said for living for today. But real peace of mind comes from planning for tomorrow.
The majority of Scots have no will or power of attorney in place. This means they have little or no control over what might happen to their assets upon death, or over decisions that might be made on their behalf should they lack capacity.
Archibald Sharp can help put this right. Our experienced solicitors can create a bespoke will or power of attorney, ensuring your wishes are protected and allowing you to get on with life.
